SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING ALERT

Please note that due to my maternity leave there will be a delay in fulfilling orders placed after 23rd April 2019. Fulfilment will resume in mid-late June 2019. You may still place an order and if so I will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.

ACCESSORIES & SMALL ITEMS

Accessories and small items are usually dispatched within a week by Royal Mail First Class post within the UK only.  The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout. For items that require shipping overseas, please contact me before purchase.

ART

Unframed prints up to A2 size are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For service in large envelopes. Large unframed prints are shipped via DPD in large postal tubes.

For framed art works, shipping costs depend on your location. Due to the delicate nature of artworks and the use of glass in the framing, I make sure that I am using the safest and most cost effective shipping option. Upon placing an artwork order for a framed print you will not be charged shipping. Instead you will receive an email with a shipping quote after you have placed your order. Shipping costs will then be confirmed and charged separately by invoice before the item ships. I can ship art work worldwide by request.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact me to advise of your intent to return and I will instruct you on how and where to return your item. Pleas note that framed prints are not returnable.

I am happy to give a full refund (minus postage costs) or exchange any item that you no longer want. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging. You, as the customer, are responsible for the payment of the return postage.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or unusable I will of course refund you. Please contact me with your order number, date and details of the damage. Photos may be required. I ask you to return the damaged items (for which I will cover the cost) and you will then be issued with an exchange or I will refund the item.
 

REFUNDS


Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received it. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit minus shipping costs within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies connected with your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
