Accessories and small items are dispatched weekly, on a Tuesday, by Royal Mail First Class post within the UK only. Orders placed up until midnight on a Monday are guaranteed to be shipped the next day, unless otherwise stated in the product information or via special notice on our website. The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout. For items that require shipping overseas, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.

For art work, shipping costs depend on your location and whether your artwork is framed or unframed. Due to the delicate nature of the works we ensure that we are using the best and most cost effective shipping option. Upon placing an artwork order you will not be charged shipping, instead you will receive a personal email with a shipping quote after you have placed your order. Shipping costs will then be confirmed and charged separately before the item ships. We can ship art work worldwide by request.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please email us at email@example.com to advise us of your intent to return and we will instruct you on how and where to return your item.
We are happy to give a full refund (minus postage costs) or exchange any item that you no longer want. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. You, as the customer, are responsible for the payment of the return postage to ourselves.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or unusable we will of course refund you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date and details of the damage. Photos may be required. We ask you to return the damaged items (for which we will cover the cost) and you will then be issued with an exchange or we will refund the item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit minus shipping costs within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies connected with your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
